Welcome to our shooting club!
Ihawu Social Shooting Club is structured around IPSC rules and procedures with the focus on the IPSC slogan, Power, Speed and Accuracy. To achieve the goals of the slogan we believe in shoot, shoot, and shoot some more proving the old dotage accurate in practice makes perfect…… We do this by having on average two Handgun , two rifle, and one shotgun social shoot a month.

About the Range
- ABOUT
The indoor shooting range is housed at the Ihawu Firearm Center in New Germany, where one can shoot during the week between 8am and 4:30pm. There are regular training sessions been held for security companies as well as close protection groups, it can get busy so we recommend between 12pm and 2pm as the best time during a week day to have fun.
- FIREARMS
Ihawu Firearm Center allows the prospective firearm purchaser to shoot different shop firearms before making a choice on what to buy, You will need to have completed the required competency training and a pay a small fee for the use of the desired handgun, rifle, or shotgun along with the purchase of any ammunition you are wanting to shoot at the range.
- AMMO PURCHASE
Ammo for all calibers is available for sale so don’t forget to bring your license with you.

To signup for events, get the benefit of quick turnaround on your dedicated sport shooter certificates and endorsement letters, and most importantly to have a good time with like minded sports people you will need to join our club, it will be worth it.
Members have the benefit of been notified when special trauma first aid courses such as Stop the Bleed by Mark Basson of Immediate Action Medical are been presented.
